My name is Sheriff J.Dale Butler. I have worked with S3 for over 3 years now. This company is knowledgeable with jail security electronics. I have been impressed with the hardware that was put together to run my 197-bed jail that we completed at the end of 2022. The controls are easy to use. It is easy to get help and fix if something is malfunctioning. We had an incident where a water leak ran into the server room and destroyed the whole array of servers, computers, and switches. I contacted S3 they began lining up new equipment and getting prepared to get it reinstalled to get us up and running as soon as possible. The quality of the equipment, the service to customers and fixing issues is unparalleled. I highly recommend S3 for any job you might have with a jail.

We recently contracted with them to upgrade our Control Board and Cameras in the Howard County Texas Jail. The entire process was without issue. They completed this project without any surprises. We were given a plan of installation and the plan was followed making this project as easy to complete as it possibly could have been. During the transition period they were onsite training our staff on the use of the new system. They stayed and trained until we were confident we understood the new system. We have had very minor issues with the system, which they addressed immediately. I have no issue in recommending this company for any project. We will definitely use them for all upcoming projects in the future.

In the past S3 has been the lead detention Contractor on the Ochiltree County Law Enforcement Center, Crane County Law Enforcement Center, they recently completed an electronic door conversion in Runnels County and are currently teamed with us on the jail expansion in Coryell County and working on door upgrades and electronic replacement for Hemphill County.
